Internship 2023-2024 recruitment campaign: 
In collaboration with a copywriter we developed a gaming theme idea for the campaign. I took charge of the art direction, designing Key Visuals and proposing a creative vision, based on using gaming & IT related 3D objects. For the digital ads, the vision was complemented by photos featuring our previous interns. Identification used vibrant and bold colors, all carefully selected and in line with the brand book. The goal was to make a visual identification, that would fit the target group of students aged ~20-24, studying IT-related fields. 
I advocated for a clean design and minimalistic use of 3D elements to prioritize focus on the copy. I prioritized using photos of people, vibrant colors and videos to capture attention in digital ads. For 2024 edition, I suggested incorporating glass effects and mesh gradients into designs, as they were much trending.
